With over 15 years in the IT space, my career has always been about more than just technology. It's been about what technology makes possible when we use it with clarity, intention, and responsibility.
My journey began at Expereo, where I served as a Solutions Engineer delivering enterprise-grade solutions to Fortune 500 companies. But what truly shaped my path wasn’t the systems I built—it was the conversations I had with colleagues. Every time I explained a complex tech solution in a way that clicked, I saw something powerful: transformation through understanding.
That’s when I realized. I don’t just build technology. I build bridges between people and possibility.
Armed with that insight and an MBA in Executive Leadership from James Madison University, I founded ByteWise LLC, where I now speak, advise, and teach at the intersection of AI, ethics, and human impact. From global keynotes to company workshops, my work centers around helping organizations lead responsibly in a time when technology is rewriting the rules.
I created the CLEAR Framework—a practical, values-driven approach to Responsible AI adopted by teams who want to innovate without compromising on trust.
